If an XBL listing continued to cause significant problems more than a
couple hours of it being detected, there's something wrong at the
blockee's end.  Eg, they didn't use the self-removal.

[Some servers undoubtably do zone transfers relatively infrequently, eg:
once per day, but at the 3 day point, it's not an XBL listing causing
the problem.  Unless they didn't make use of the delisting capabilities.]
