If you want UUCP, you know where to find it.

(Which is mostly to say that all the technology is already in place;
setting up UUCP-over-TCP borders on trivial given a UUCP setup, and,
while mailer support for UUCP has fallen out of favour, I doubt it has
been totally lost.  There certainly are enough people like me who date
back to the UUCP days still around to provide bootstrap expertise.)
