Only in that the document refers to DNSBL as a generic.  It could be a 
DNSBL, DNSWL, RHSBL, URIBL, DNSSL (scoring list returning unsigned 
intergers) ... or whatever;  DNSBL in this document refers to some sort 
of DNS based reputation service.
