I belive it be appropriate to include the distributed (rather than
centralized) dns-based robust distribution paradigm of SPF,
as a creature within the taxonomy of DNS-based reputation
systems.

Something like

"Distributed, in addition to centralized, DNS-based information
dispersal architectures have been implemented as well,
such as SPF (reference).  This document deals with operation
of services under a central administration."
