(a) I think of SPF et.al. as very different animals than DNSBLs,
so -- at least to me -- this would be out-of-scope.

(b) SPF et.al. have already been rendered largely moot, whereas DNSBLs
still have considerably utility.  (I've often argued that they're
the single most effective tool we have.)
