It's not a matter of balancing, it's a matter of "we're still big
enough" for the information to be useful.

I wouldn't count on "more clue".  The typical AOL user is on AOL because
they _want_ to be.  Whereas many of ours are only on here because they
_have_ to be, and aren't necessarily any more savvy.
