Gosh, I love beating my head against the wall.

So since all of these objections have been addressed over and over and
over in the past few months, I'll let anyone who cares read the
archives.  People who think that micropayments will solve the world's
problems would also benefit by learning a little bit about the way
that banks work.

Oh, except this one that hasn't come up lately.

If S/MIME were scalable in practice, we'd all have S/MIME keys.  But
we don't.  Why is that?
