I never said they were rejecting unsigned messages and the context of the thread was mass mailing.

I haven't seen any reliable evidence that they're rejecting unsigned
messages. Could you point us towards the announcement?

Yahoo!'s complaint feedback loop (re-launched yesterday, with help from
Return Path) routes based on either DK or DKIM, so that's progress. They
aren't sharing dates for when they'll be working with DKIM in the rest of
the mailstream.
