The following figures are not representative as the mail traffic is 
biased because of the user-base.  About 60% of identified SMTP 
sessions are from Windows hosts and 99% of the messages they sent 
were identified as spam.

Either you discriminate against them and lose business or else you 
combine your fingerprinting with other heuristics to reduce its 
effect.  Some MS-Exchange hosts are behind non-Windows devices and 
the OS won't be detected as Windows.
