[rrg] BGP scaling limit?

   One of the limits discussed in this thread was that the performance  
of DRAM will be limited by it's dependence on capacitors.

   While Floating Body Memory isn't yet mainstream and can't yet be  
counted on to solve future problems I was surprised that it wasn't at  
least mentioned.
