[SAM] meeting plan for 2009

The next SAM RG meeting is an interim meeting at IEEE CCNC,
Jan 11, 2009, as previously announced on the list.

In addition, we are tentatively planning on holding SAM RG meetings
in 2009 during

- IETF 74, San Francisco, March 22-27
- IETF 76, Hiroshima, Nov 8-13
