[SAM] meeting plan

We are proposing two interim RG meetings to be organized
in conjunction with special sessions at the following conferences
for participants who are interested in publishing papers
on their SAM research in these venues.

1) Concurrent with Special Session on P2P Overlays at
    IEEE MILCOM in San Diego Nov 17-19, 2008
    (this CFP has already been posted to the SAM mailing list)
    Note that this date coincides with IETF 72, so would be
    primarily aimed at those who are in the MILCOM
    community and don't regularly attend IETF meetings.

2) Concurrent with Special Session on SAM at
    IEEE CCNC in Las Vegas, Jan 11-13, 2009.
    This is the same venue where we held an interim
    meeting in January 2007 as part of the P2P Multicast Workshop.
    (This CFP is being prepared and will be posted later).

The next regular IETF meeting is planned for IETF 74.

If anyone is interested in having a SAM RG session at
IETF 72 or IETF 73, please contact the chairs or post
to the mailing list.  If you have suggestions for other
venues for interim meetings, let's discuss that as well.
